Mustafa Bağrıaçık has started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, London, UK as a Vice President in Derivatives and Marketing Structuring Department, in Emerging Markets between 1994 – 1998. In the years of 1998 – 2008 he continued to his proffesional experiences in Goldman Sachs International, London, UK. In 1998, he started to Goldman Sachs as a Vice President; responsible for Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Division, he was also “Head of Emerging Markets Derivatives Desk”. He became Managing Director in Investment Banking Department of Turkey in 2000. He was given added responsibility when he started in Deutsche Bank Istanbul, Turkey in 2009 as being responsible for Investment Banking and Advisory of both Turkey and Azerbaijan. He was appointed as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking& Advisory Department. He left Deustche Bank Istanbul in 2014; and joined JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. Istanbul Branch, Turkey as Senior Country Officer, Managing Director.
He was graduated from Istanbul Technical University and he earned the bachelor degree in “Mechanical Engineering” major in 1991. Then he went to the Suffolk University, Boston and got his MBA diploma in 1993 and continued his superior studies at Boston College, Massachusetts in master of Finance in 1994. He speaks fluently both English and German languages.
